Your Privacy is a major concern to us. We will never disclose your personal information to third parties other than the couriers who will deliver your order.
We never hold any credit / debit card information. All payments are processed between our secure server and your bank. This information is transmitted to the bank via a 128bit Secure Socket Layer providing maximum security. Your card details are never recorded on our system and we cannot even see your card information. We currently use SagePay Direct to process our transactions. Sagepay are the leading and most trusted online payment system around. Our secure socket Layer is issued by GlobalSign, the industry leader in Security Certificates.
We are fully PCI-DSS Compliant, and our transactions are processed at level 1 PCI-DSS compliance. Level 1 is the highest level of compliance in the industry.
We are completly confident that our services provide the maximum levels of security possible.
We may, from time to time email special offers or products that we think may interest you. If you wish to stop receiving these emails, then simply contact us and we will ensure nothing is ever sent to you.
Our Orders are usually dispatched the same day if the order is in to us by 12:00. Our standard shipping is a 2 day service, this allows us to continue offering incredible prices. However over 90% of our orders are sent on a next day delivery service. If you are urgent for a product, just give us a call before you place the order and we will ensure your goods are sent on a priority service.
You will be required to be in to sign for goods when they are delivered. Our carriers will attempt delivery, and if no one is in, they will leave a card and try again the following working day. If no one is in again to sign for the goods then they will be returned to the depot. You will be required to collect from the depot. We can arrange further delivery attempts, however this is chargable and may be higher than the original delivery cost you paid. If goods are not collected from the depot or we recieve no communication from you then the goods will be returned to us. We will then refund the order and deduct our total delivery costs from the order value. This includes the delivery charge (Charged at our cost), and the subsequent surcharge for returned goods.
All our orders are sent by recognised and reputable carriers and are picked and packed with extreme care.
Should you find that an item on your order is damaged, or something is missing, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel. We will provide a refund or replacement of the items.
Should you change your mind after purchasing a product, then get in touch with us and we will arrange collection of the item and a refund. Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Carriage charges back to us are at your cost. We can arrange a carrier to collect from you at a cost if required which will be deducted from the refund. Handling charges may apply on some products to cover excess delivery charges.
We charge VAT on all orders (excluding vat exempt products) at the current rate of 20%.
